It’s Official: Pagani Huayra Revealed
Pagani has finally taken the wraps of its new Huayra and has revealed the new hypercar in full production guise.
Some may not be crazy about the addition of gullwing doors or its nose resembling that of a bottom-feeder, but the rear 3/4 shot certainly invokes a number of positive fish-like qualities. The absence of a rear wing gives the new Pagani an extremely sleek and slippery appearance. The Huayra looks agile yet extremely muscular.
An impressive 690 horsepower and 738 ft-lb of torque are pumped out of an AMG-sourced, twin-turbocharged V12 engine. All this power comes together through a 7-speed sequential gearbox situated in a car weighing a mere 3,000 pounds. Weight distribution comes in at 44/56.
The interior continues in the Zonda’s footsteps and gets a high level of technological advancement while still invoking a mechanic feel.
No performance figures have been released yet, but the Huayra will make it’s public debut in just over a month at this year’s Geneva Motor Show …and we assert it will look absolutely stunning in person.
Pagani has updated their official website for the Huayra. Follow the jump for the company’s press release.
