The new Roller has been created by the company’s Bespoke division and features an Asprey jewelry box (housed securely in the glove compartment), custom luggage, teak decking, engraved tread plates, R-R embroidered headrests, Mother of Pearl inlays, and a specially engraved Spirit of Ecstasy celebrating 100 years of the brand’s flying lady.

Excerpt: Each year, an intimate concours d’elegance is held ‘on the green’ at the Americana At Brand in Glendale, California. The field is small (only a dozen or so vehicles), but each model represents its make and rightful place in automotive history quite well. While last year’s event focused on 200+ mph supercars, this year’s 3rd annual Caruso Concours went back a number of decades to the famous marques of the 1920s and ’30s. Prime examples of Bugatti, Rolls-Royce, Delahaye, Packard, Cadillac, Lincoln, Franklin, Dupont and Lagonda were on display, many from the Peteresen Automotive Museum’s collection. A possible leak in the brake vacuum pump’s check valve can see small amounts of lubricating oil get into the brake booster.
